Provide strategic business and management consultancies towards supporting the operation efforts of ComfortDelGro Bus Control Centre in providing bus services for the Sentosa Development Corporation.

DotProjects developed the required business process workflow and SOP documentation, with guidelines for design and running of a pandemic-ready Control Centre. The ‘people’ piece required the formalisation of a framework for skill-sets and competency, training of staff. DotProjects also devised a model for fleet and rostering planning to meet Key Service Indicators.

DotProjects was engaged to study and conduct gap analysis on BBP’s project and operations systems, with the final goal to recommend changes and put in place key controls to improve project operations and deliveries. Aside from project operations, Dot was also required to cover business development, shared services (HR, finance, procurement) as well as maintenance post project.

This include recommending benchmark practices, providing management consultancies, developing controls and feedback mechanisms and documenting key Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support BBP’s expansion plans globally.

WWRC, a global leader in providing chemical solutions across industry was considering the set-up of a new warehousing/logistics facility circa 6,000 sqm in Singapore.

DotProjects were asked to conduct an initial budgetary cost estimation based on preliminary layouts and space zoning within the area.

Jabil Circuit, a manufacturer of parts used in the automotive industry planned to develop a new factory in Bandung, Indonesia and lease out a proportion space to United Technologies Corporation, UTC.

Project Management services include managing the local AE team and QS, liaising with the local authorities for permitting purposes and as the site lead, to manage a full on-site construction management team to supervise the works.

WSP approached DotProjects to help design a program for high-performing WSP staff to go through a Design Management Learning Program, given the increasing prevalence of multi-disciplinary Architectural / Engineering projects.

DotProjects set-up the course structure, identified key learning outcomes, areas and syllabus needed for Design management including hard (technical) and soft (people centric) areas. This culminated with a high-level program with stints at top global universities, hands-on work towards understanding the intricacies of design management.

The Changi East(Tunnels) Project comprises 3 package providing for civil infrastructure required for the forthcoming construction of changi Airport Terminal 5. WSP/PB were appointed the overall project managers for the 3 packages.

Sense Infosys Pte Ltd (SiS) secured the design consultancy contract from Surbana Jurong Consultants (SJ) – The ultimate client being Singapore Jurong Town Corporation (JTC). DotProjects was engaged to provide Project Management and Design services to support SiS in their works.

The Jurong Innovation District is a next generation district that will host smart factories, new platforms for innovation and cross industry collaboration. The EOC is envisioned to be a central node with a full pulse of all on-goings with a smart sensor grid enabling real-time data driven decisions to be made. Sense InfoSys (SiS) scope was to design the full EOC till the point of implementation.

DotProjects was engaged to provide project and design management services to support SiS in their project delivery.

On the invitation of the Singapore Project Management Institute (SPMI), our founder, Jen Jee has so far conducted several PgMP seminars/boot camps.

The seminars have been well – received and being one of the few PgMP and PfMP certified professionals in the world, Jen Jee (and DotProjects) hopes to continue contributing back to the PM industry through such sharing of experiences.
