As we move into the new decade, our aim is simple, making an extremely important piece of business operations real, understood and helping organisations ensure that through sound project, program and portfolio practices, strategy can be translated to actual results on the ground.
We also believe that solutions are never generic, your projects are yours, and your data crucial for insights into why projects deliver or do not. Examples of this are PROJAnalysis©, our specially developed risk predictive tool for built environment projects and through the use of DISCO, our Project Mining Analytics to assess current state. PROJ_Seed2A is our attempt to help start-ups traverse the journey from SEED to Series A funding.
