Workshop with KeyHole Insights – 13 Nov 2019

At KeyHole Insight’s inaugral sharing workshop on 13 Nov 2019, together with esteemed partners Lee Kok How (KHI) and Sunny Tan(Pseudoscops), Jen Jee presented on ‘Making Project Management Real’, the theme behind our approach towards enabling project management to be meaningful in both our professional and personal lives . Our Senior Consultant Terence was also in attendance.

Jen Jee shared on the latest trends in Project Management, its importance as evidenced by then United States of America President Obama signing into law the Program Management Improvement and Accountability Act (PMIAA) and the shift into recognising how important Project outcomes are in driving business success. Jen Jee also spoke about the various extremes in Project Management methodology from the very traditional ‘Waterfall’ approach to the flexible ‘Agile’ approach. A certified PMI-ACP himself, Jen Jee advocated a balanced hybrid system to deal with today’s changing project environment.

Finally, Jen Jee expounded how DotProjects approach will help organisations to manage the various project complexities, and also signifying DotProjects move into AI driven project management with the lauch of ProjAnalysis(R).
